At Rasha Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and unopened and in its original condition.

• The product must remain in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase may be required.

• Used or opened products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately through Instagram DM and provide clear photos of the product and your order. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please do not send any product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
